Two new comics per day? Announcing the “Nothing Left to Lose” webcomic

0 Votes

When I couldn’t afford college I made my own artistic goals. I drew every day for two years working on a graphic novel, but I never knew if I’d ever have a chance to see my book become a reality. In 2004-2005 I saw my dream come true.

Today I’m launching the web comic edition of my graphic novel, “Nothing Left to Lose” at NothingComic.com. Every Monday through Friday a new page will be released until the entire series is online in July 2009. In addition to the artwork, I’ll be proving PDF versions, CBR versions, and PSP versions for you to download for free. If this looks like your cup of comic tea feel free to subscribe or tell a friend. It would be much appreciated.

In my most optimistic dreams I never imagined I’d have a chance to work on a comic like Pixelton or hear comments that are make me laugh on a daily basis. I’m truly blessed. Thank you for making this journey possible. If things go well I’ll be discarding my Pixelton graphic novel for free online in a few years, endlessly plugging a new book of insatiable expectation.

Uppity Web Designer Notes:
Please ignore the design right now. It will look cool soon enough.

    Holy exclamations batman!

I’ve been meaning to read that graphic novel for a while now, but just never found the time to sit down to enjoy it properly. I was intimidated by the fancy print-level of detail in the PDF and wanted to make sure I set aside the time to pour over every last detail on the page :P

Breaking it down into a webcomic format is a fantastic idea! I may not have the time spare to read it all in one go but with a quick subscription in Google Reader I can read it in my breaks between work :D Thanks Josh!

Now if only I could find a way to do this sort of thing with every webcomic archive that I don’t have the time to read… :D

Hey, thanks Kree! I’m slowly learning I need to offer everything I do in a million formats. It hit me when I realized I’d never read a PDF book either! :)

Hope you dig it. It starts out slow, but I think it worth it in the end…

Darnit, you went from no comics to two comics, and one of those has two different running storylines. I need to make more time for awesome comic-reading.
